Today is World Mental Health Day. Why is there a picture of plants you say???

Well the RHS says that “As well as looking good, houseplants support human health in homes, offices, school and hospitals. Research suggests that the greatest benefits of indoor plants are through wellbeing and productivity improvement.”

There’s also been NASA clean air study for the best air purifying plants. So buy yourself a plant today and clear you head and your lungs. Take care everyone and ask for help if you need it.
